Warranty is voided if the transfer case is disassembled, opened, or modified in any way without prior written authorization from us. If you experience any issues, contact us first before attempting any repairs or inspection.
Shipping Damage & Warranty Policy: Shipping damages are covered under our warranty; however, we can only provide a replacement if the original CORE is returned to us. If the core is not going to be returned, we WILL NOT offer any compensation or replacement for shipping damage.
Please note: We must be notified of any shipping issues within 2 weeks of delivery. After that period, we are unable to offer assistance for shipping-related problems.
NO CORE CHARGE IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE BUT CORE MUST BE RETURNED. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CORE, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PURCHASING.
