  1. Comprehensive Warranty Period:

Transmart 4x4 USA Inc. rebuilt transfer case: 2-year unlimited mileage warranty

Transmart 4x4 USA Inc. rebuilt transmission: 1-year unlimited mileage warranty

Transmart 4x4 USA Inc. rebuilt torque converter: 1-year unlimited mileage warranty

  1. Warranty Effective Date:

The warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase but will be voided 1 month after purchase date IF core is not sent back.

PLEASE NOTE: If no core has been sent back: 1 month after purchase date, warranty will be voided. If more time is needed, please feel free to contact our office.

  1. Warranty Details:

During the warranty period, Transmart 4x4 USA, Inc. will, at its option, repair, or furnish a replacement part for manufacturing defects or workmanship issues, provided the purchaser has installed, maintained and operated the remanufactured unit in accordance with good industry practices and has complied with specific recommendations from Transmart 4x4 USA, Inc.

NOTE: Warranty covers the cost of replacement parts and components only and does not include any labor costs (from Transmart 4x4 USA Inc or other mechanic shops) incurred.

  1. Warranty Exclusions:

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear

- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accidents

- Modifications or alterations made to the transfer case or transmission after the installation

- Transfer cases or transmissions used in applications other than their intended use

- Third-party modifications or repairs

- Incidental or consequential damages

  1. Warranty Claims:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at transmartco@gmail.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim - [Your Order/Invoice Number]" and provide us with the following information:

- Your full name used to purchase the item

- Order or invoice number

- Description of the issue

- Supporting documentation, such as photos or videos

- Contact information

  1. Warranty Process:

Our customer service team will review your warranty claim and may request additional information if needed. Once the claim is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the defective component(s) for evaluation.

  1. Warranty Resolution:

Upon receiving and evaluating the component(s), we will determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage. If approved, at Transmart 4x4 USA Inc.’s discretion, your item will be repaired, or a replacement part will be furnished.
